In Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), the following module included

Module 1: Bacterial Classification, structure and physiology of priority Pathogens
Module 2: Introduction to Clinical and Food microbiology (priority pathogens).
Module 3: Overview and purpose of active and passive surveillance systems
Module 4: Biosafety and Biosecurity AMR testing Laboratory
Module 5: Lab quality assurance & Quality Control of AST testing
Module 6: Specific bacterial AST and specific AMR tests.
Module 7: AST testing and Molecular basis of resistance
Module 8: Sample collection, submission and preparation for isolation and identification of bacteria.
Module 9: AST guidelines and antimicrobial susceptibility testing methodologies
Module 10: AST methods (disc diffusion, broth diluted and agar dilution) and selection criteria of antimicrobials for AMR testing and reporting.
